Travelcard Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover Gift Cards and e-gift cards issued by Inspire Europe Ltd (Inspire) which may be branded as “Travel Gift Card”, “Your Travel Card”, “Travel Gift Card”, “Inspire Gift Card” or branded through an affiliate or partner. Inspire operate an ABTA, ATOL and IATA licensed travel agency. Bookings made with Inspire using the Gift Cards and e-gift cards as forms of payment are also subject to the booking Terms & Conditions which are made available at time of booking.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for a period of up to 18 months from date of issuance, unless a shorter validity is printed on the card or advised to you upon issuance of the Gift Card or e-gift card in which case the shortest validity date applies.
Balance enquiries and card validity can be obtained online or by calling the number displayed on the card or the e-gift card. Alternatively, these can also be obtained by calling +44 (0)161 440 6620.
Gift cards and e-gift cards should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Inspire will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards or e-gift cards.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card or e-gift card for new travel bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.
Standalone Flight, Cruise, Eurotunnel or Ferry products may be booked when using a Gift Card and e-gift card as a form of payment but will attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking. Further travel product limitations may apply, details of such additional limitations are printed on the gift card or provided when the e-gift card is purchased through a card distributor or reseller
Gift cards and e-gift cards may be used to make new bookings for travel products of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
Cards can be redeemed on new bookings and used as payment towards any outstanding balances on an existing booking. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
If a booking with a gift card or e-gift card is subsequently changed or cancelled, any money owing will be refunded back to the original form of payment(s) used to make the booking.
Illustrative Example: a calculated refund of £600 due to cancellation on a £1,000 payment for a booking, where £200 (20%) was paid with a Gift Card, and £800 (80%) was paid on a credit card, would result in £120 (20% of calculated refund amount) refund on to the original gift card used on the booking and £480 (80% of calculated refund amount) refund back to the original payment card used.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card / e-gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.
When you place an order for an e-Gift Card it can be used straight away. In doing so you consent to it being supplied immediately and you acknowledge and accept that your right to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period (and therefore your right to a refund) will be immediately lost. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Inspire Europe Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards and e-gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
Will my TravelCard expire
TravelCards are valid for 18 months from date of issue to ensure you have plenty of time to use your card. You can simply check your balance and expiry date here:

Can I use more than one TravelCard on a single booking?
Yes, to make it more flexible for you, you can use an unlimited number of cards per booking.
Can TravelCards be used more than once?
Yes they can. You can use your card as many times as you like - until your balance reaches zero or the card expires.
If there are not enough funds on my TravelCard can I pay the balance another way?
Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards.
Are my funds protected?
Yes, all funds on your TravelCard are fully 100% financially protected. All TravelCard funds are ring-fenced in an independent trust account until you use your card to make a booking, to give you complete peace of mind.
Are there any restrictions with the TravelCard?
No, there are no caveats, blackout dates, minimum or maximum spend. The TravelCard is very flexible to make it really easy for you to use.
Can I book a flight only?
Yes, you can, and at Inspire we can help you book all scheduled flights including low-cost carriers, subject to availability. However, a booking fee may be applied. Some air carriers can only be booked as part of a package. Please call us on 0161 440 6620 to check which airlines this applies to and if booking fees are applicable.
What currencies are TravelCards available in?
To suit your requiremnents we offer the TravelCard in a variety of currencies, including GBP, USD, EUR, SAR and AED.
Where can I buy an Inspire TravelCard?

How do I redeem my TravelCard?

What type of travel can I book?
You can book everything – from cruises, packaged holidays and flights to UK staycation breaks, overseas city breaks and much more.
Can I book ancillary travel products (holiday extras)?
Yes, we can book everything from airport parking, transfers, upgrades, lounges, tours, attractions, excursions, and much, much more.
What if I have a Cruises by Inspire card but want to book something different?
No problem, all our cards are interchangeable and can be spent on any product category on our live booking site or with one of our travel experts. Please speak with a member of our ream to discuss your requirements.
Can I use my card directly with a tour operator for example Jet2?
No, all travel must be booked via Inspire. Please be assured we have years of experience and over 300 partners to ensure your choice is not limited.
Can I pay the balance of my holiday with a TravelCard?
Yes, you can pay your balance in full or use as a part payment against the balance of your holiday.
Can I extend the expiry date?
No. Inspire TravelCards are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
Is Inspire more expensive than other Travel Agents?
At Inspire we work very hard to maintain price parity, so we can offer our customers the very best prices. Please speak to a member of our team. We will always work hard to make sure you get the best deal for your holiday.
Is there a minimum or maximum value I can purchase?
No, you choose the amount you require, and we will load the card and dispatch it to you. It’s all very easy and straight-forward.
Do you do digital eVouchers?
Yes, available in all the major currencies, including GBP, USD, EUR, SAR and AED. We can also provide a GBP physical gift card which is produced on eco-friendly material and includes a presentation holder.
I have a disability can you accommodate my needs?
